Returns and refund policy for Infracore Europe – valid for all orders within the Netherlands.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. This is your legal right under EU and Dutch consumer law.
After notifying us of your return, you then have another 14 days to send the product back.
Return Conditions
- Your return request is submitted within 14 days after receiving your order.
- The product is in original condition and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
- The item has not been used more than necessary to inspect or test it.
- All included accessories, manuals, and parts must also be returned.
Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned:
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once opened.
- Custom-made or specially ordered products.
- Digital goods or services that have already been fully delivered.
- Products that are returned damaged, incomplete, or excessively used.
How to Register a Return
- Send an email to info@infracoreeurope.com including your order number and (optionally) the reason for your return.
- You will receive return instructions and the correct return address from us.
- Pack the item securely and include all accessories.
- Send the package within 14 days after your return notification.
Please keep your shipping receipt until your return has been fully processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to an error by Infracore Europe (such as receiving the wrong or a damaged item).
Refunds
- You will receive your refund within 14 days of notifying us of your return.
- We may wait to refund you until the product is received or until proof of shipment is provided.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- If you return the entire order, the original shipping costs will also be refunded.
- If the product is returned damaged or used beyond what is necessary to test it, a reduction in the refund may apply.
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@infracoreeurope.com. Including photos helps us process the issue faster. We will always provide an appropriate solution.
