Information about shipping times, delivery methods, and handling at Infracore Europe.

Where We Ship

Infracore Europe ships orders within the Netherlands and to selected European countries. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: Usually delivered within 1–3 business days after shipment.
  • European Union: Typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that weather delays, customs checks (for non-EU regions), or courier issues may affect delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your location and the total weight/size of your order. Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly displayed on our website when active.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If the courier provides a tracking number, it will be included in that email.

You can use the tracking link to follow your package in real-time.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order, they may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. In some cases, the package may be held at a pickup point.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While rare, delays or lost shipments can occur. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us so we can investigate and assist you.

Damaged Packages

If your shipment arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us at info@infracoreeurope.com. We will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to correct it. After shipping, address changes are no longer possible.
